Get Ready for your Next Step with a Supported Internship

If you’re aged 16–24 and have an EHCP or additional needs, a Supported Internship could be the perfect first step into work. You’ll gain hands-on experience with a local employer, build key skills, and grow in confidence – all with support from a dedicated job coach.

We’ll work closely with you and your employer to make sure you get the right support, every step of the way.

The Supported Internship is divided into:

  • Work experience alongside your job coach and
  • Learning with a dedicated tutor in a small-group setting
